Registration / Cancellation / CE Credits / Instructors: The number of registrations is limited for each course, and registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Full tuition payment must accompany all registration forms. AIC Education reserves the right to cancel a course no later than 7 days prior to the course date. Please be aware that AIC Education is not responsible for reimbursement of a non-refundable airline ticket or any other travel expenses in the event that a course is canceled. All cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the course for a full refund. Any request made less than 30 days prior to the course will only accommodate a 50% refund. No refund if cancellation is less than 15 days prior to the course date but may be transferred to another course for up to 1 year from the canceled course date without a fee. 20% admin fee will be charged per transfer thereafter. Tuition is fully refundable only if the course is canceled by AIC Education.
