Course Overview:

An in depth look at the life cycle of a practice owner. Whether you are an associate, owner or transitioning toward retirement this is the course for you! Analyzing the life cycle of a practice owner from beginning to end will help guide you on your journey as a small business owner. Discussion will include whether to buy or start your own practice as well as current industry trends and market overview. Also learn the tips and tricks of how to strategically grow your business.

About the Speakers:

CJ began his career with Bank of America Practice Solutions in 2012. He is a Vice President of Dental Financing with a specialization in Practice Acquisitions and Real Estate. His goal is to align you with the team that can help you find the practice of your dreams. As well as provide the products and services that make Bank of America Practice Solutions the leader in Dental financing. In his spare time he enjoys watching his favorite sports teams and playing golf.

Forrest started his career with Bank of America Practice Solutions in early 2018 and is a Vice President of Dental Financing with a specialization in first time practice owner startups as well as established projects (remodel, expansion, relocation, additional location, equipment, real estate purchases, etc.). Forrest is well established with relationships in the local community to ensure you are surrounded by the right team of dental specific resources to ensure a smooth process through building your dream practice.

Ali Oromchian, JD, LL.M., is a leading legal authority in dental law and the founding attorney of Dental & Medical Counsel, PC, with over two decades of experience. His deep connection to dentistry comes from his wife's nearly two-decade-long career as a pediatric dentist.  This personal insight fuels his dedication to empowering dentists to navigate their legal challenges and achieve their practice goals. In doing so, Ali has helped thousands of doctors open their practices while maintaining legal compliance.  Ali is frequently quoted and contributes articles to dental publications, including the California Dental Society, Progressive Dentist, Progressive Orthodontists, Dentistry Today, Dentaltown, and The New Dentist magazines, further showcasing his commitment to the dental community.

NorCalAGD Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registrations are subject to a $20 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations made by email seven days prior to the course date will receive a full refund less the $20 processing fee. Cancellations made within the week prior to the course date will receive a 50% refund  less the $20 processing fee. Transfer of a registration to another name will be considered by email request through date of registration.

The Northern California AGD is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship/Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by state of provincial boards of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from (8/1/2021) to (7/31/2025).
