Key is the new patient process, and ability to confidently diagnose and treat the chewing system. Sales experts know that the bigger the sale, the longer the sales process needed. It’s not the expert doctor model we learned in dental school. It’s a coaching/participative model that high achievers use to reach their goals.

Learning Objectives:
Limited participants. This workshop course will demonstrate an examination and consultation protocol for elective, complete dentistry. Each doctor will work up their own patient for a Complete Dentistry treatment plan. We will cover the Pre-clinical Interview, using a Dreadful Story for Co-discovery, the Co-Diagnosis exam, Photographs, Review of Findings Consultation, and Visual Storytelling.
About the Speaker:
Dr. Leary had a fee for service dental practice in Menlo Park, CA. He lectures on comprehensive restorative dentistry, case presentation, team building/practice development, and health-centered dentistry.

NorCalAGD Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Registrations are subject to a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations made by email seven days prior to the course date will receive a full refund less the $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within the week prior to the course date will receive a 50% refund less the $50 processing fee. Transfer of a registration to another name will be considered by email request through date of registration.
The Northern California AGD is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship/Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by state of provincial boards of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from (8/1/2021) to (7/31/2025).
